The Monologue Festival’s theme focuses on the Coronavirus’ impact on families, friends, and/or one’s community, and it is titled “Coronavirus in the Rearview Mirror.” Playwrights were encouraged to submit monologues that expressed happiness, acts of kindness, love, and joy during an incredibly stressful and tragic period in our lives.

The Church's 200th-Year Anniversary and its theme "Moving Forward" are a natural alignment with the festivals goal of looking at COVID in the Rear View Mirror.  Their messages in the form of monologues, poetry, dance, and song embrace the past and current events.

 Artists from the Amazing Theatre Company contributed to the Monologue Festival in the category of "Dramatic Readings & Acting Workshops" by submitting original and classical monologues that demonstrated their abilities to be the actor, director, costumer, and/or producer.
